Antigua and Barbuda

The "Nomad Digital Residence" program provides the opportunity to live and work in the country for two years with your family. Application can be submitted online.

Requirements:

  1. Employment on a remote basis in a company that is located outside of Antigua and Barbuda.
  2. The minimum annual income - not less than 50,000 US dollars.
  3. Visa fee 1,500 USD for a single person, 2,000 USD for a couple, 3,000 USD for a family.

Argentina

The digital nomad visa is designed for freelancers and those who work in foreign organizations without living in Argentina. Its validity period is 6 months, but there is a possibility of extension. You can apply for a visa online.

Requirements:

  1. Biography indicating work experience and education in the field of employment.
  2. Documents confirming employment: an employment contract or contract for the provision of services, or other relevant documents.
  3. Documents confirming income.

Barbados

The "Barbados Welcome Stamp" visa provides the opportunity to work remotely in the country throughout the year, with the possibility of a subsequent extension. This visa is open to anyone who meets the criteria and whose work is not tied to a specific location. Your family can also come with you. You can apply for a visa online.

Requirements:

  1. Annual income during the entire period of stay in the country must be at least 50,000 US dollars.
  2. The cost of a visa for one person is 2,000 US dollars, and for the whole family - 3,000 US dollars.

Bermuda

The "Work From Bermuda" certificate provides the opportunity to work remotely in Bermuda for a year. You can apply for a certificate online.

Requirements:

Brazil

According to Brazilian law, a digital nomad is an immigrant who works remotely using information and communication technologies and is employed by a foreign employer. The visa is granted for a period of up to one year with the possibility of subsequent obtaining a residence permit.

Requirements:

  1. Confirmation of remote work.
  2. Employment contract or other materials confirming the presence of a foreign employer.
  3. Monthly income from a foreign source must be at least $1,500 or you should have at least $18,000 on your bank account.

Columbia

Digital nomads and individual entrepreneurs with business outside the republic have the opportunity to live and work in the country for two years. Application can be submitted online.

Requirements:

  1. For employees: an employment contract or other materials confirming remote work and remuneration for it.
  2. For entrepreneurs: organizational documents.
  3. Bank statements for the last 3 months with funds equivalent to three minimum wages in Colombia (about $650).

Costa Rica

The Digital Nomad Program provides the opportunity to live and work in the country for one year with the possibility of extension for the next year. Freelancers are exempt from paying income tax and are eligible to open an account with the National Bank of Costa Rica.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum monthly income of at least US$3,000 from outside Costa Rica per person, or at least US$4,000 if the applicant is applying with family.
  2. Visa fee of 100 US dollars.
  3. Bank statements for the last 12 months.

Dominica

The Work In Nature Extended Stay visa allows you to work remotely in this country for up to 18 months. The main applicant may include members of his family in his application. The application is submitted online.

Ecuador

The "Digital Nomad" visa allows legal stay in Ecuador for two years with the option of extension. Application can be made online.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum monthly income of at least USD 1,500 (3 base salaries in Ecuador) within 3 months prior to applying for a visa or having at least 36 base salaries in the last year in a bank account.
  2. For employees: the existence of an employment contract or proof of the provision of services to a company or individual located abroad.
  3. For entrepreneurs: organizational documents for a company registered outside of Ecuador.

Uruguay

The "Hoja de Identidad Provisoria Nómada Digital" program provides the opportunity for digital nomads to live and work in the country for 180 days. After this period, there is an option to obtain resident status (permit). It is recommended to apply online directly in Uruguay, as the visa fee must be paid at the local bank within 24 hours of completing the form. There are no minimum income requirements.
